Job summary

IBM Consulting is seeking an Oracle Cloud Functional Core HR/Compensation Lead to accelerate client HR transformations across the United States. This full-time role offers advisory, implementation and subject-matter-expertise support in Oracle HCM Cloud.

You'll partner with clients and cross-functional teams to design, configure Core HR and Compensation, run workshops, validate requirements and ensure successful delivery during critical project phases.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4–8 years leading Oracle HCM Cloud implementations in client-facing roles.
• Experience with Core HR and Compensation modules in HCM Cloud.
• Public Sector experience is a plus; private sector acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Functional Expert and trusted advisor for Oracle HCM Cloud ABM/OTL implementations.
• Lead workshops, gather requirements, perform gap analysis and define configurations.
• Coordinate with teams and travel during critical project phases as needed.
• Provide guidance on data conversions, integrations, and reporting.
