Job summary

Hiresquad is seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Compensation Functional Consultant to join a leading global organization. You will lead Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation implementations and collaborate with global clients to deliver end-to-end HCM solutions across the employee lifecycle.

This role demands deep expertise in Hire-to-Retire, with multiple end-to-end implementations and strong stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Oracle HCM experience across Hire-to-Retire.
• Minimum 5 end-to-end Oracle HCM implementations, including at least 2 Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.
• Strong expertise in Oracle Cloud Compensation and Core HR.
• Deep understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud processes, configurations and data flows.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Oracle Cloud Compensation implementations integrated with Core HR.
• Conduct workshops, drive solution design, configuration, testing, UAT and go-live.
• Provide functional expertise, troubleshoot issues, and advise stakeholders.
• Collaborate with clients to ensure successful project delivery and outcomes.
• Mentor junior consultants, allocate work, and report project status.
• Drive continuous process improvements and delivery excellence.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally per project needs.
