Job summary

International Business Machines Corporation (IBM) Consulting seeks an Oracle Cloud HCM Technical Architect to lead Core HR, Benefits, and Compensation implementations across multiple clients in the United States. This full-time role can sit anywhere in the U.S. and requires deep Oracle HCM expertise.

You will provide technical oversight, guide solution design, and drive client engagements to deliver high-value outcomes. A Bachelor's degree is required, and visa sponsorship is not offered.

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of consulting in Oracle HCM implementations across multiple clients.
• Hands-on HDL Conversions, Transformation fast formulas, and HSDL Loads.
• Explain and demonstrate Oracle templates to clients.
• Experience in HCM Extracts, BI Reports, Custom payroll flows.
• Experience in BPM Workflow Approval rules using FSM and BPM.
• Experience building Core HR, Benefits and Compensation.
• Exposure to creating Application extensions using VBCS and SSO configurations.

Responsibilities

• Provides technical oversight for estimates using standard tools and work breakdown structures.
• Supports client engagements with portfolio knowledge to ensure profitable revenue growth.
• Acts as a technical interface to clients and helps develop business opportunities.
• Builds quality solutions meeting requirements and advises on AST offerings and tradeoffs.
• Identifies opportunities for new or follow-on work and assists in change orders.
• Implements and refines solution design models and communicates progress to stakeholders.
• Works with client staff to resolve issues during requirements definition and implementation.
• Maintains and reports on implementation status, risks, estimates, and schedules.
