International Business Machines Corporation (IBM) Consulting seeks an Oracle Cloud HCM Lead to drive ERP HR transformations for US clients. You will guide configurations for Core HR, Benefits, and Compensation, extending to Absence and Payroll modules, while coordinating cross-functional teams and delivering end-user docs.

This role emphasizes strong analytical skills, independent initiative, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, diverse environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years as an Oracle Cloud HCM Lead with 5-7+ years implementing Oracle Cloud.
• Expertise in Core HR, Benefits, Compensation; Absence/OTL/Payroll a plus.
• Experience with public sector clients (state, counties, cities) is advantageous.
• Experience with patch testing, impact analysis, and testing cycles.
• Lead full software development lifecycle including analysis, design, configuration, programming and unit testing.

Responsibilities

• Consult on functional best practices for Oracle Cloud HCM policies.
• Lead configuration and management of Core HR, Benefits, and Compensation.
• Provide best-practice guidance on business processes and implementation.
• Publish weekly status reports to the project management team.
• Coordinate efforts between module resources to implement optimal solutions.
• Serve as Oracle Cloud HCM SME to translate business requirements into configurations.
• Develop end-user documentation and facilitate knowledge transfer.
• Support continuous process improvement and provide insights into best practices.
