Job summary
Sapsol Technologies Inc. is seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Solution Architect in the United States (Michigan) to lead end-to-end configuration across Core HR, Payroll, and related modules.
You will design innovative solutions for complex business problems and drive best practices in implementation and testing. Qualifications include 15+ years in business/systems analysis for Oracle HCM Cloud, strong module expertise, and hands-on responsibility for documentation, use cases, and test
Qualifications
- 15 years as Business/Applications or System Analyst supporting Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
- Hands-on Oracle HCM implementation architect with expertise in Core HR, Recruit, Absence Management, OTL, Payroll.
- Strong emphasis on solution design and innovative problem solving for complex business needs.
- Experience with Payroll is a plus.
- Strong experience configuring Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
- Experience with VBS Personalizations and Oracle Redwood UI.
- Ability to document requirements and functional specs for enhancements and regulatory changes.
- Experience writing use cases, test cases, and test scripts; Jira a plus.
- Experience leading functional reviews with business partners; waterfall and Agile familiarity.
