Job summary

Oracle Contractors seeks an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Solution Architect to expand and optimize an existing Oracle Cloud HCM environment. You will partner closely with technical and integration teams to design scalable solutions and ensure seamless connectivity across business systems.

5 Key Skills Required

• Proven expertise implementing and enhancing Oracle Cloud HCM modules, including Core HR, Absence, Benefits, Payroll, and Talent Management.
• Strong understanding of HCM data model, configuration, and business process design, with the ability to translate functional requirements into technical specifications.
• Experience collaborating with integration teams to define requirements and validate end-to-end solutions connecting Oracle Cloud HCM to external systems.
• Skilled in documenting design decisions, process flows, and functional configurations; capable of presenting solutions clearly to both business and IT audiences.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment while managing multiple enhancement and integration initiatives concurrently.
