Job summary

Inizio Partners Corp in Atlanta, GA is seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Solution Architect for a long-term engagement to lead end-to-end Oracle Cloud implementations.

The role requires 5+ full lifecycle Oracle Cloud projects, hands-on Core HR, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and Time & Labor within Oracle HCM Cloud, strong stakeholder management, and client-facing leadership. 50% onsite, 50% remote, ASAP start. Travel expenses covered if not local.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 full lifecycle Oracle Cloud implementation projects as a Solution Architect or Lead Consultant.
• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Core HR, Talent Acquisition, Payroll and Time & Labor.
• Deep cross-functional expertise across Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
• Lead solution design workshops, define end-to-end architecture, and provide best practice recommendations.
• Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience collaborating with business users, technical teams, and implementation partners.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Minimum 5 full lifecycle Oracle Cloud implementation projects as a Solution Architect or Lead Consultant.
• Strong hands‑on experience with:
  • Oracle Cloud Core Human Resources (Core HR)
  • Oracle Cloud Talent Acquisition
  • Oracle Cloud Payroll
  • Oracle Cloud Time and Labor
• Deep cross‑functional expertise across Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
• Ability to lead solution design workshops, define end‑to‑end architecture, and provide best practice recommendations.
• Strong client‑facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience collaborating with business users, technical teams, and implementation partners.

Engagement Details:

• Duration: Through July 2027, with potential extensions based on performance.
• Location: Atlanta, GA. 50% onsite. 50% remote. Expenses will be paid for onsite travel if the candidate is not local to Atlanta.
• Start Date: Immediate / ASAP.
