Job summary

Accenture's Oracle practice in the United States seeks a transformation professional to design and implement Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll, collaborating with client teams to gather and translate requirements into configurations.

The role focuses on end-to-end payroll processing, system integrations, and workshops; requires 7+ years in Oracle Payroll Cloud and multiple full life-cycle implementations; Minnesota location, competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Certified in Cloud HCM applications and Payroll module.
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in Oracle Payroll Cloud.
• Minimum of 2 full life-cycle Oracle Payroll Cloud implementations.
• Experience with Oracle financials including Chart of Accounts / General Ledger.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll.
• Work with Client teams to gather and synthesize functional and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to configure and optimize upstream and downstream payroll processes within Oracle HCM, including conversions, integrations, reports, fast formulas, configuration tables, etc.
• Provide expertise and guidance, gather detailed requirements, and translate them into Oracle HCM system configurations.
• Create functional and technical design documents.
• Facilitate design workshops for End-to-End Payroll Processing with business stakeholders to understand business requirements; demonstrates understanding of business needs and recommend robust design based on Oracle processes.
• Support the planning and execution of testing cycles, as well as perform cutover activities as required for go-live preparation
• Plan and organize tasks and report progress on the track/deliverables.
