Job summary

Oracle Contractors seeks an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Solution Architect to expand and optimize an existing Oracle Cloud HCM environment. You will partner closely with technical and integration teams to design scalable solutions and ensure seamless connectivity across business systems.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience implementing Oracle Cloud HCM modules such as Core HR, Absence, Benefits, Payroll and Talent Management.
• Strong understanding of HCM data model, configuration, and business process design.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional solution design and configuration for Oracle Cloud HCM modules.
• Collaborate with technical teams to validate integration designs and data mappings with third-party systems.
• Support data governance, testing, and deployment activities for quality across environments.
• Partner with stakeholders to analyse new requirements and troubleshoot issues with scalable solutions.
• Provide documentation and knowledge transfer for smooth adoption and long-term system stability.
