Job summary

val's services is seeking a Manager, Oracle HCM in the Advisory practice to lead the technical aspects of Cloud HCM implementation projects. The role focuses on data conversions, integrations, extensions, and fast formulas for Cloud HCM, with strategies tailored to client needs.

The candidate will develop technical project plans, coordinate with offshore teams, and manage scope, budget, and timelines while ensuring SDLC deliverables are met and client technical issues are resolved.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud experience with at least two end-to-end implementations.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Strong knowledge of HDL, HCM Extracts, BI Reports, and OCI.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills; travel as needed; US work authorization without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead data conversions, integrations, extensions, and fast formulas for Cloud HCM projects.
• Develop data conversion and integration strategies tailored to client needs.
• Create technical project plans, including data mapping, design sessions, and review SDLC deliverables.
• Collaborate with functional consultants and offshore teams to ensure seamless implementation.
• Manage project scope, budget, and timeline, providing regular status updates and issue resolution.
• Coordinate SDLC activities, liaise with client technical leads, and resolve technical issues.
