Job summary

LS Solutions is seeking a Manager, Oracle HCM to lead the technical aspects of Cloud HCM implementations, including data conversions, integrations, extensions, and formulas.

You will develop data conversion strategies, coordinate with offshore teams, manage SDLC activities, and ensure delivery within scope, budget, and timeline. Strong leadership and communication are essential for success in client engagements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud experience with 2 end-to-end implementations.
• Strong knowledge of HDL, HCM Extracts and BI Reports in Oracle HCM.
• Proficiency with Oracle Integration Cloud and advanced Excel functions (VBA, Pivot, VLookup).
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and leadership skills.
• Willingness to travel and work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
