Job summary

KPMG LLP is seeking a Manager, Oracle HCM in our Consulting practice in the United States. You will lead technical work for Cloud HCM implementations, focusing on data conversions, integrations, and extensions, while coordinating with offshore teams and client leads.

The role requires deep Oracle HCM Cloud expertise, HDL/HCM Extracts/BI Reports proficiency, and strong Excel/VBA skills. Travel may be required, and sponsorship is not provided.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with Oracle HCM cloud, incl. 2+ end-to-end implementations with data conversions & integrations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, CS or related field.
• Extensive experience with HDL, HCM Extracts, BI Reports.
• Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud; advanced Excel skills (Pivot, VLookup, VBA) and MS Project.
• Ability to lead with offshore teams; strong written and oral communication; strong business analysis.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical work for Cloud HCM implementation projects including data conversions, integrations, extensions and fast formulas
• Formulate data conversion and integration strategy for HCM cloud tailored to client needs
• Prepare high-level and detailed technical project plans and schedules for construct phase including data mapping workshops; review SDLC deliverables
• Collaborate with functional consultants and offshore technical team
• Deliver technical work within budget, scope and timeline; report issues to Project Manager
• Manage SDLC activities with stakeholders; guide client technical lead; remediate issues
