Job summary

Tharp Consulting is seeking a seasoned Oracle HCM Cloud specialist to lead the technical aspects of cloud implementation projects. Responsibilities include data conversions, integrations, extensions, and formulas to meet client needs.

You will develop conversion strategies, coordinate with offshore teams, and ensure delivery within scope and budgets, while managing data mapping, SDLC tasks, and stakeholder communications.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business or Computer Science.
• Extensive knowledge of HDL, HCM Extracts, BI Reports, and Oracle Integration Cloud.
• Strong Excel skills and data conversion experience.
• Excellent communication and ability to travel as needed.
