Job summary

RG&T Solutions is seeking a Manager, Oracle HCM to lead cloud HCM implementations, oversee data conversions and integrations, and guide cross-functional teams. The role focuses on delivering scalable, compliant solutions across client projects in the United States.

The ideal candidate has at least five years of Oracle HCM cloud experience, two full implementations, and strong communication and analytical skills. Travel may be required, and U.S. work authorization is necessary.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience with Oracle HCM cloud, including two full implementations with data conversions and integrations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Computer Science, or related field.
• Extensive expertise with HDL, HCM Extracts, BI Reports, and Oracle Integration Cloud.
• Strong Excel skills (Pivot, VLookup, VBA macros).
• Ability to travel as needed and work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Develop data conversion and integration strategies tailored to client needs.
• Create high-level and detailed technical project plans, including data mapping and design sessions.
• Collaborate with functional teams and offshore technical teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Manage SDLC activities, coordinate with stakeholders, and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Ensure projects are delivered within scope, budget, and timeline, providing regular status updates.
