Job summary

val's services is seeking a Manager, Oracle HCM in the Advisory practice to lead the technical aspects of Cloud HCM implementation projects. The role focuses on data conversions, integrations, extensions, and fast formulas for Cloud HCM, with strategies tailored to client needs.

The candidate will develop technical project plans, coordinate with offshore teams, and manage scope, budget, and timelines while ensuring SDLC deliverables are met and client technical issues are resolved.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud experience with at least two end-to-end implementations.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Strong knowledge of HDL, HCM Extracts, BI Reports, and OCI.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills; travel as needed; US work authorization without sponsorship.

Role:

• Extensive knowledge of Oracle HCM tools such as HDL, HCM Extracts, BI Reports, and Oracle Integration Cloud.
• Strong Excel skills, experience with data conversion and integration tools.
• Leadership ability to guide offshore teams and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to travel as needed and work authorized in the U.S. without sponsorship.
