Qualifications

• Five+ years’ experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, leading end-to-end implementations with data conversions and integrations.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• Proficiency with HDL, HCM Extracts, BI Reports, Oracle Integration Cloud, and advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical aspects of Cloud HCM implementations including data conversions, integrations, extensions, and formulas.
• Collaborate with functional consultants and offshore teams to ensure configurations, data migration, and integration activities.
• Deliver projects within scope, budget, and timeline; report issues and manage stakeholder communications.
