Job summary

The ideal candidate has at least five years of Oracle HCM cloud experience, two full implementations, and strong communication and analytical skills. Travel may be required, and U.S. work authorization is necessary.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience with Oracle HCM cloud, including two full implementations with data conversions and integrations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Computer Science, or related field.
• Extensive expertise with HDL, HCM Extracts, BI Reports, and Oracle Integration Cloud.
• Strong Excel skills (Pivot, VLookup, VBA macros).
• Ability to travel as needed and work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
