Job summary

Live Well Homecare is seeking a Manager, Oracle HCM to lead the technical aspects of Cloud HCM implementations, including data conversions, integrations, extensions, and formulas.

You will develop data mapping, design sessions, and coordinate with offshore teams to ensure on-time delivery while managing scope and budget.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of recent experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, including leading end-to-end implementations.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or Computer Science.
• Extensive knowledge of HDL, HCM Extracts, BI Reports, and Oracle Integration Cloud.
• Strong Excel skills, experience with data tools, and ability to lead offshore teams.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and requirements gathering abilities.
