Job summary

LS Solutions seeks an experienced Cloud HCM lead to drive end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementations. You will oversee data conversions, integrations, extensions, and formula work while coordinating with functional consultants and offshore teams.

Qualifications

• Five+ years’ experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, leading end-to-end implementations with data conversions and integrations.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• Proficiency with HDL, HCM Extracts, BI Reports, Oracle Integration Cloud, and advanced Excel.

This role involves leading technical aspects of Cloud HCM implementation projects, including data conversions, integrations, extensions, and formulas.

Responsibilities

• formulating strategies tailored to client needs, preparing detailed project plans, and reviewing SDLC deliverables.
• Collaboration with functional consultants and offshore teams is essential to ensure seamless configurations, data migration, and integration activities.
• The manager will deliver projects within scope, budget, and timeline, report issues regularly, and manage stakeholder communications.

Key Qualifications

• a minimum of five years’ experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, leading end-to-end implementations with data conversions and integrations.
• Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in a related field, extensive knowledge of Oracle HCM tools (HDL, HCM Extracts, BI Reports), and proficiency with Oracle Integration Cloud and advanced Excel.
• Strong leadership, communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with offshore teams are required.
• Travel may be necessary.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
