Job summary

Deloitte's GPS practice in the United States is seeking a Delivery Consultant to design, build, and deliver Oracle Cloud HCM integrations, data migrations, and reporting for government clients.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, identify HR, security, and data-impact risks, and support go-live activities while ensuring data quality and compliance. Travel up to 50% is required, and a Bachelor's degree with US work authorization is needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years delivering Oracle HCM Cloud technical solutions.
• 1+ years supporting integrations for full-life cycle implementations of Oracle Cloud HCM.
• Ability to obtain and maintain the required Public Trust clearance.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Support design, build, and delivery of Oracle Cloud HCM integrations, data conversions, and reporting.
• Identify cross-functional impacts across HR, security, reporting, and integrations; escalate risks or issues as appropriate.
• Support integration design and execution across Oracle Cloud HCM and connected systems, including inbound/outbound interfaces and data mapping.
• Contribute to data conversion activities: extraction, cleansing, transformation, load preparation, reconciliation, and cutover support.
• Support the reporting workstream by gathering requirements and validating data quality and usability.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to track risks, dependencies, and issues across integrations, conversions, and reporting, while supporting testing, go-live, and post-production stabilization.
