Job summary

Deloitte is seeking an Analyst for the GPS Human Capital integration team in the United States. You will design and deliver Oracle HCM Cloud integrations, coordinate data mapping, and contribute to testing, validation, and documentation.

You’ll work across HR, security, and IT teams to ensure smooth deployments and post‑go live stabilization. The role requires 1+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud experience, ability to travel, and US work authorization with a willingness to obtain Public Trust

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience delivering Oracle HCM Cloud technical solutions.
• Ability to obtain and maintain the required Public Trust clearance.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Ability to travel up to 50%, based on work and clients served.
• Authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver Oracle HCM Cloud integrations with connected enterprise systems.
• Assist with data mapping, middleware coordination, and integration documentation.
• Participate in integration testing, issue tracking, and end-to-end validation.
• Support data conversion activities including extraction and transformation.
• Collaborate with HR, security, reporting, and technical teams to define requirements.
• Maintain project documentation, status updates, risks, and deliverables.
• Support deployment, go-live, and post-production stabilization per Deloitte methods.
