Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Delivery Consultant to join our GPS Oracle Cloud HCM team in a hybrid role. You will design, build, and deliver Oracle Cloud HCM integrations, data conversions, and reporting across implementations, coordinating with HR, security, and reporting teams to ensure data quality and clean go-lives.

You will lead data mapping, validation, and stakeholder communication while maintaining a high standard of accuracy and timely delivery in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years delivering Oracle Cloud HCM technical solutions.
• 1+ years supporting or leading integrations, conversions, and reporting for Oracle Cloud HCM life cycle.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust clearance.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• Hybrid work model with centers in Gilbert, Lake Mary, Mechanicsburg; travel expectations.

Responsibilities

• Support design, build, and delivery of technical integrations, data conversions, and reporting for Oracle Cloud HCM.
• Identify cross-functional impacts across HR, security, reporting; escalate risks or issues.
• Support integration design and execution across Oracle Cloud HCM and connected systems.
• Contribute to data conversion activities: extraction, cleansing, transformation, load, reconciliation, cutover.
• Support reporting by gathering requirements, developing operational/compliance reports, and validating data quality.
• Coordinate with cross-functional technical teams to track risks, dependencies, and issues; assist with testing, go-live, and stabilization.
