Job summary

Deloitte, in its GPS practice, seeks a Senior Consultant to lead Oracle HCM Cloud integrations for public sector clients in the United States. You will design and deliver end-to-end integrations, coordinate data mapping, and ensure compliance with security and HR requirements.

You will collaborate with HR and technology stakeholders, manage data conversion, and guide project teams through risk management, testing, and go-live readiness. Travel up to 50% is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years delivering Oracle HCM Cloud technical solutions.
• 2+ years leading integrations for full life cycle Oracle Cloud HCM.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust clearance.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Travel up to 50%, depending on client needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, coordination, and delivery of Oracle HCM Cloud integrations.
• Define integration strategy and manage data mapping and validation.
• Coordinate with HR, security, and tech stakeholders for compliance.
• Lead data conversion planning including extraction, cleansing, load, and cutover.
• Manage risks, defects, and issues across integrations and conversions.
• Support testing, deployment, go-live, and post-production stabilization.
