Job summary

Deloitte's GPS practice in the United States is seeking a Senior Consultant to lead Oracle HCM Cloud integrations across enterprise systems and drive successful HR technology implementations.

You will partner with HR, security, and technology teams, manage data conversion activities, and guide projects through go-live and stabilization, while navigating a public sector context.

The role requires 5+ years with Oracle HCM Cloud, 50% travel, and US work authorization; a Bachelor's degree is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience delivering Oracle HCM Cloud technical solutions.
• 2+ years leading the integrations for a full-life cycle implementation of Oracle Cloud HCM.
• Ability to obtain and maintain the required Public Trust clearance.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Ability to travel up to 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, coordination, and delivery of Oracle HCM Cloud technical integrations across enterprise systems
• Defining integration strategy and overseeing inbound/outbound interfaces, middleware coordination, data mapping, and end-to-end validation
• Partnering with HR, security, and technology stakeholders to ensure solutions are aligned to functional, technical, and compliance requirements
• Leading data conversion planning and execution, including extraction, cleansing, transformation, load support, reconciliation, and cutover readiness
• Managing technical risks, dependencies, defects, and issue resolution across integrations and conversions throughout the project lifecycle
• Supporting testing, deployment, go-live, and post-production stabilization to help ensure successful Oracle HCM Cloud implementation outcomes
