Job summary

Deloitte is seeking an Analyst for its Government & Public Services (GPS) practice in the United States. You will design and deliver Oracle HCM Cloud integrations, coordinate interfaces, and document processes to support HR technology projects.

As part of the GPS team, you will collaborate across HR, security, reporting, and technical teams, maintain lifecycle deliverables, and help ensure success from design through post-production stabilization.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience delivering Oracle HCM Cloud technical solutions.
• Ability to obtain and maintain the required Public Trust clearance for this role
• Bachelor's degree required
• Ability to travel up to 50% on average depending on client work and sectors
• Authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future

Responsibilities

• Support design and delivery of Oracle HCM Cloud integrations with connected enterprise systems.
• Assist with inbound/outbound interface development, data mapping, middleware coordination, and integration documentation.
• Participate in integration testing, issue tracking, defect resolution, and end-to-end validation.
• Support data conversion activities including extraction, cleansing, transformation, loading, reconciliation, and cutover prep.
• Collaborate with HR, security, reporting, and tech teams to understand dependencies and project needs.
• Maintain project documentation, status updates, risks, actions, and technical deliverables throughout the lifecycle.
• Assist deployment, go-live, and post-production stabilization following Deloitte delivery methods and quality standards.
