Job summary

Deloitte's GPS practice is hiring a Delivery Consultant to design, build, and deliver Oracle Cloud HCM integrations and reporting for government and public sector clients. You will coordinate with cross-functional technical teams to track risks and dependencies, support testing, go-live, and post-production stabilization, and help move data conversion and reporting workstreams forward.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and deliver Oracle Cloud HCM integrations and reporting.
Assist with cross-function al impacts across HR, security, reporting, and integrations; escalate risks as needed.
Support integration design and execution across Oracle Cloud HCM and connected systems.
Contribute to data conversion activities: extraction, cleansing, transformation, load, reconciliation, cutover.
Help with reporting workstreams: gather requirements, develop reports, validate data quality.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to track risks, dependencies, and issues through go-live and stabilization.
