Deloitte's Government & Public Services (GPS) practice is hiring a Senior Consultant to lead Oracle HCM Cloud technical integrations for public sector clients in the United States. You will define integration strategy, manage data mapping and end-to-end validation, and collaborate with HR, security, and technology stakeholders to ensure compliant solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience delivering Oracle HCM Cloud technical solutions.
• 2+ years of experience with leading the integrations for a full-life cycle implementation of Oracle Cloud HCM.
• Ability to obtain and maintain the required Public Trust clearance for this role.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Ability to travel up to 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
• Preferred: Experience delivering across multiple Oracle HCM Cloud implementations within large-scale public sector programs, government/public sector implementations, Oracle HCM Cloud certified.

Responsibilities

• Leading the design, coordination, and delivery of Oracle HCM Cloud technical integrations across enterprise systems.
• Defining integration strategy and overseeing inbound/outbound interfaces, middleware coordination, data mapping, and end-to-end validation.
• Partnering with HR, security, and technology stakeholders to ensure solutions are aligned to functional, technical, and compliance requirements.
• Leading data conversion planning and execution, including extraction, cleansing, transformation, load support, reconciliation, and cutover readiness.
• Managing technical risks, dependencies, defects, and issue resolution across integrations and conversions throughout the project lifecycle.
• Supporting testing, deployment, go-live, and post-production stabilization to help ensure successful Oracle HCM Cloud implementation outcomes.
