Deloitte GPS is seeking an Analyst to design and deliver Oracle HCM Cloud integrations for public sector clients, supporting data mapping, interface development, testing, and end-to-end validation within Deloitte's delivery framework.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year of Oracle HCM Cloud experience, ability to obtain Public Trust clearance, a Bachelor's degree, and willingness to travel up to 50%. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

• Ability to obtain and maintain the required Public Trust clearance for this role.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver Oracle HCM Cloud integrations with connected systems.
• Assist with inbound/outbound interface development, data mapping, and integration documentation.
• Participate in integration testing, issue tracking, defect resolution, and end-to-end validation.
• Support data conversion activities, including data extraction, cleansing, transformation, loading, reconciliation, and cutover preparation.
• Collaborate with HR, security, reporting, and technical teams to understand dependencies and support project requirements.
• Maintain project documentation, status updates, risks, action items, and technical deliverables throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Support deployment, go-live, and post-production stabilization activities while following established Deloitte delivery methods and quality standards.
