Qualifications

• Eight+ years of Oracle HCM ERP experience with leading implementations.
• At least one year of experience managing Oracle HCM projects.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
