Job summary

Edge Sevices is seeking an experienced Oracle HCM technical functional consultant/analyst with deep expertise in the Learning module to join our HR Technology team. You will partner with stakeholders to deliver innovative content and features, while guiding design, configuration and implementation of Oracle HCM Learn, BPM, VBS, and alert configurations.

You will support production operations, releases, and continuous enhancements, while identifying new Oracle Cloud capabilities to improve

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with Oracle HCM implementations, especially Learning.
• Proven ability to configure and implement Oracle HCM features.
• Strong knowledge of cloud SaaS delivery and HR tech best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, configuration and implementation of Oracle HCM Learn, alert configuration, BPM, and VBS to deliver value.
• Ensure system stability and performance across production and nonproduction environments.
• Act as a SME to drive best practices and accelerate delivery.
• Support ongoing Oracle production operations, releases and continuous enhancements within the HCM platform.
• Identify, recommend and implement new Oracle Cloud features to improve outcomes and adoption.

We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle HCM technical functional consultant/analyst specializing in the Learning module. This position will join our HR Technology team and partner to deliver best-in-class solutions by providing strategic recommendations and delivering new content and features.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead design, configuration and implementation of solutions within Oracle HCM (with deep expertise in Learn, alert configuration, BPM, and VBS), ensuring system stability and performance across production and nonproduction environments.
Serve as a subject matter expert, bringing proven best practices and prior implementation experience to drive immediate value and accelerate delivery.
Support ongoing Oracle production operations, releases and continuous enhancements within the HCM platform.
Identify, recommend, and implement new Oracle Cloud features and capabilities to improve business outcomes, user experience, and platform adoption.
