System One is seeking an Oracle HCM Techno/Functional Analyst specializing in Learning, with 7–10 years of Oracle HCM experience. This contract role can be based in Vienna, VA or fully remote, with a hybrid onsite/remote schedule.

You will join the HR Technology team to design, configure, and deliver high-impact solutions, focusing on Learn, alert configuration, BPM, and VBS. Lead design and implementation, mentor peers, and support production operations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on Oracle Cloud HCM experience with deep expertise in Recruiting, Opportunity Marketplace and Learning modules
• Advanced knowledge of SaaS cloud data flows, notifications and integrations
• Ability to work independently with limited guidance and mentor others
• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong problem-solving and project management abilities

Responsabilités

• Lead design, configuration and implementation of Oracle HCM solutions (Learn, alert configuration, BPM, and VBS) ensuring stability and performance
• Serve as SME to drive value and accelerate delivery
• Support ongoing Oracle production operations, releases and enhancements within the HCM platform
• Identify and implement new Oracle Cloud features to improve outcomes and adoption
• Partner with HR and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions
• Troubleshoot complex HCM issues and provide expert-level recommendations for improvements
• Manage Oracle Service Requests (SRs) and communicate status to stakeholders
• Share functional/technical best practices and reusable solutions across the team
• Develop and maintain documentation, training materials and knowledge artifacts

Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle HCM Techno/Functional Analyst specializing in the Learning module. We are looking for candidates with 7-10 years of Oracle HCM experience. This position will join our HR Technology team and partner to deliver best-in-class solutions by providing strategic recommendations and delivering new content and features.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead design, configuration and implementation of solutions within Oracle HCM (with deep expertise in Learn, alert configuration, BPM, and VBS), ensuring system stability and performance across production and nonproduction environments.
• Serve as a subject matter expert, bringing proven best practices and prior implementation experience to drive immediate value and accelerate delivery.
• Support ongoing Oracle production operations, releases and continuous enhancements within the HCM platform.
• Identify, recommend, and implement new Oracle Cloud features and capabilities to improve business outcomes, user experience, and platform adoption.
• Partner with HRT and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable high-impact solutions.
• Troubleshoot complex HCM issues and provide expert-level recommendations for system improvements and optimization.
• Manage Oracle Service Requests (SRs) and communicate status, risks, and resolutions to stakeholders.
• Enable the broader team by sharing functional and technical expertise, best practices and reusable solutions.
• Develop and maintain documentation, training materials and knowledge artifacts to support adoption and compliance.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud HCM, with deep functional-technical expertise in Recruiting, Opportunity Marketplace and Learning modules.
• Advanced knowledge of SaaS Cloud functional/technical data flows, notifications and integrations between various applications.
• Advanced skill to work independently with limited guidance and as part of a team, and experience with guiding and mentoring others.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Exceptional problem-solving and project management skills.
