Job summary

TechWish is seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant (HR Technology) to lead design, configuration, and implementation within the Learning module. The role requires deep expertise in Oracle HCM Learn, BPM, and VBS, delivering strategic recommendations and new content features.

The engagement is a 6-month contract with on-site 3 days/week at HQ in Vienna, VA preferred, or full remote. You will partner with People Operations & Service Delivery to drive value and platform adoption.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Oracle Cloud HCM experience
• Deep functional-technical expertise in Learning module, Recruiting and/or Opportunity Marketplace
• Advanced knowledge of SaaS Cloud data flows, notifications and integrations

Responsibilities

• Lead design, configuration and implementation of Oracle HCM Learn solutions across environments
• Serve as SME and mentor team members to accelerate delivery
• Support ongoing Oracle production operations, releases and enhancements within HCM
• Identify, recommend, and implement new Oracle Cloud features to improve adoption
• Translate requirements with stakeholders into scalable high-impact solutions
• Troubleshoot complex HCM issues and provide expert-level recommendations
• Manage Oracle SRs and communicate status, risks, and resolutions
• Share best practices and reusable solutions with the broader team
• Develop and maintain documentation and training materials

Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant (HR Technology)

We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle HCM technical functional consultant/analyst specializing in the Learning module. This position will join our HR Technology team and partner to deliver best-in-class solutions by providing strategic recommendations and delivering new content and features.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead design, configuration and implementation of solutions within Oracle HCM (with deep expertise in Learn, alert configuration, BPM, and VBS), ensuring system stability and performance across production and nonproduction environments.
• Serve as a subject matter expert, bringing proven best practices and prior implementation experience to drive immediate value and accelerate delivery.
• Support ongoing Oracle production operations, releases and continuous enhancements within the HCM platform.
• Identify, recommend, and implement new Oracle Cloud features and capabilities to improve business outcomes, user experience, and platform adoption.
• Partner with HRT and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable high-impact solutions.
• Troubleshoot complex HCM issues and provide expert-level recommendations for system improvements and optimization.
• Manage Oracle Service Requests (SRs) and communicate status, risks, and resolutions to stakeholders.
• Enable the broader team by sharing functional and technical expertise, best practices and reusable solutions.
• Develop and maintain documentation, training materials and knowledge artifacts to support adoption and compliance.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud HCM, with deep functional-technical expertise in Recruiting, Opportunity Marketplace and/or Learning modules.
• Advanced knowledge of SaaS Cloud functional/technical data flows, notifications and integrations between various applications.
• Advanced skill to work independently with limited guidance and as part of a team, and experience with guiding and mentoring others.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Exceptional problem-solving and project management skills.
