Job summary

Alithya seeks an Oracle Cloud Learn Lead Consultant to design, configure, and implement Oracle HCM Cloud Learning solutions. You will partner with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver end-to-end learning processes—from catalog management to compliance training—while aligning with best practices.

You will lead design and delivery of learning solutions, facilitate requirement workshops, and translate business needs into scalable configurations.

Qualifications

3+ end-to-end Oracle Cloud Learning implementations, including patch cycles and regression testing.
Hands-on experience configuring learning catalog, courses, offerings, learner assignments, security and approvals.
Experience with learning content integration via SCORM/xAPI and third-party providers.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and delivery of Oracle Cloud Learning solutions, including catalog, courses, and learner self-service.
Facilitate requirement-gathering workshops with HR and business leaders.
Translate requirements into scalable Oracle Cloud configurations and learner journeys.
Provide strategic guidance on learning best practices and compliance training.
Configure learning and security roles, enrollment rules, and notifications.
Plan data conversion, testing cycles, and deployment activities.
