Accenture PLC is seeking a skilled Oracle HCM Cloud professional to lead integrated Talent, Recruiting, Talent, and Learn Management initiatives for client organizations in the United States. You will gather requirements, design robust configurations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable HR solutions.

The role requires hands-on experience with Oracle HCM modules, design workshops, and a track record of successful full life-cycle implementations, with travel up to 100%

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Oracle Cloud HCM with emphasis on Integrated Talent – Recruiting, Talent, & Learn Management.
• Minimum of 1 full life-cycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementations
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an Associate’s Degree with 6 years of work experience)

Responsibilities

• Implement Oracle HCM Cloud Integrated Talent – Recruiting, Talent, & Learn Management.
• Work with Client teams to gather and synthesize functional and technical requirements.
• Facilitates design workshops for End-to-End Learning Management processes with business stakeholders to understand business requirements; demonstrates understanding of business needs and recommends robust design based on Oracle functionality.
