Job summary

EY’s Oracle Services practice is a national consulting group helping clients plan, pursue, deliver and manage large Oracle-based initiatives. You will lead HCM core configurations, benefits setup, and future-state roadmaps, working with cross-functional teams across HR and IT.

The role requires strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder skills, with up to 50% travel. EY supports hybrid work and a comprehensive Total Rewards package including competitive base salary ranges in the US.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required (4-year degree).
• Typically, no less than 4 - 6 years of experience supporting Oracle HCM solutions and Oracle Fusion Benefits configuration.
• Experience leading Oracle HCM implementations, upgrades, or transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of benefits administration, enrollment processing, and eligibility rules.
• Experience with Oracle quarterly releases, testing, and change management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills.
• Ability to travel up to 50%+ and/or as required by client.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
• Provide strategic guidance on Oracle HCM best practices and future-state roadmap initiatives.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and system configurations.
• Drive continuous improvement efforts and identify opportunities for automation and process optimization.
• Lead configuration and support for Core HR, Workforce Structures, Journeys, and related HCM functionality.
• Manage system updates, quarterly Oracle releases, and regression testing activities.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate workshops, design sessions, testing cycles, and user training.
• Develop and maintain HCM and Benefits reports, dashboards, and analytics.
