Job summary

EY's Oracle Services practice is a national consulting team delivering large, complex full lifecycle Oracle HCM initiatives across the US. The role focuses on Fusion HCM and Benefits configuration, requirements gathering, solution design, and deployment with governance and security at the core.

You'll work across HR, IT, Payroll, Finance, and external vendors, providing expert guidance and leading change management while supporting Open Enrollment, quarterly releases, and analytics reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree).
• Typically, 4–6 years supporting Oracle HCM solutions and Fusion Benefits configuration.
• Experience leading Oracle HCM implementations, upgrades, or transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of benefits administration, enrollment processing, and eligibility rules.
• Experience with Oracle quarterly releases, testing, and change management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%+ as required by client.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary functional lead for Oracle Fusion HCM and Benefits modules.
• Lead requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
• Provide strategic guidance on Oracle HCM best practices and future-state roadmap initiatives.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and system configurations.
• Drive continuous improvement and identify opportunities for automation and process optimization.
• Collaborate with benefits providers and third-party administrators to ensure accurate data.
• Lead cross-functional project teams across HR, IT, Payroll, Finance, and vendors.
• Develop project plans, timelines, risk mitigation strategies, and training materials.
• Monitor data quality and governance across HCM platforms.
