Job summary

EY’s Oracle Services practice is a national consulting unit focused on planning, pursuing, delivering, and managing large, complex Oracle initiatives. This role leads HCM configurations, benefits processes, and Open Enrollment programs, while guiding a cross-functional team across HR, IT, Payroll, and Finance.

Ideal candidates bring 4–6 years of Oracle HCM experience, strong analysis, and stakeholder management. Travel up to 50% may be required depending on client engagements within the US.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required (4-year degree).
• Typically 4–6 years of experience supporting Oracle HCM solutions and Oracle Fusion Benefits configuration.
• Experience leading Oracle HCM implementations, upgrades, or transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of benefits administration, enrollment processing, and eligibility rules.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
• Configure and maintain benefit plans, programs, rates, eligibility profiles, life events, and enrollment processes.
• Support annual Open Enrollment planning, testing, execution, and post-enrollment audits.
• Collaborate with benefits providers and third-party administrators to ensure accurate eligibility and enrollment data.
• Lead cross-functional project teams across HR, IT, Payroll, Finance, and external vendors.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate workshops, design sessions, testing cycles, and user training.
• Develop and maintain HCM and Benefits reports, dashboards, and analytics.
