Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree).
• Typically 4–6 years of experience with Oracle HCM solutions and Oracle Fusion Benefits configuration.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary functional lead for Oracle Fusion HCM and Benefits modules.
• Lead requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment and post-production support.
• Provide strategic guidance on Oracle HCM best practices and future-state roadmap initiatives.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and system configurations.
• Drive continuous improvement and identify opportunities for automation and process optimization.
• Configure and maintain benefit plans, programs, rates, eligibility profiles, life events and enrollment processes.
• Collaborate with benefits providers and third-party admins to ensure accurate eligibility data.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and organizational benefits regulations.
• Lead cross-functional project teams across HR, IT, Payroll, Finance and vendors.
• Develop project plans, timelines and risk mitigation strategies.
