Job summary

EY is seeking a skilled Oracle HCM & Benefits Lead to design, configure, implement, optimize and support Oracle Fusion HCM and Benefits solutions. You will partner with HR, Payroll, IT and external vendors to deliver scalable, compliant HR technology that enhances employee experience and operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate has 4–6 years of Oracle HCM experience, strong benefits knowledge, and expertise in requirements gathering, solution design and post‑production support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Typically 4–6 years of experience supporting Oracle HCM solutions and Oracle Fusion Benefits configuration.
• Experience leading Oracle HCM implementations, upgrades, or transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of benefits administration, enrollment processing, and eligibility rules.
• Experience with Oracle quarterly releases, testing, and change management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, configuration, implementation, optimization and support of Oracle Fusion HCM and Benefits solutions.
• Serve as functional lead for Core HR, Benefits Admin, Life Events and Open Enrollment.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, payroll, vendors and stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.
• Drive process improvements, automation opportunities and data governance.
• Manage system updates and quarterly Oracle releases; perform testing and validations.
