Qualifications

• Hands-on Oracle Incentive Compensation experience (most important)
• Experience with Oracle Workforce Compensation and Payroll
• Leadership in Testing/UAT efforts
• HR Technology project leadership with stakeholder management
• Experience defining roles, ownership models and RACI matrices

Responsibilities

• Drive implementation and optimization of the Incentive Compensation module within the HR Technology framework.
• Ensure integration and alignment with payroll, benefits and employee data management in HCM.
• Share project updates to the HR Department and HCM team.
• Develop and execute comprehensive testing strategies for data integrity and functionality.
