Job summary

Accenture is seeking an Incentive Compensation Lead to design and implement Oracle Sales Cloud/Sales Performance Management solutions. You will deliver configurations, data migrations, and integrations while collaborating with clients across CRM, HR, and ERP systems.

The role requires client-facing leadership, expertise in Incentive Compensation, Territory Management, and Analytics, and a willingness to travel for client engagements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Incentive Compensation, Territory Management, Sales Coaching, Gamification, and Analytics.
• 2+ years of experience with Oracle Sales Cloud/Sales Performance Management
• 1+ year of experience with Incentive Compensation
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Oracle Sales Cloud/Sales Performance Management setups, configurations, data migrations, and integrations.
• Gather requirements and assess technical viability; build prototypes and demos.
• Lead CRP workshops and coordinate testing (unit, system, UAT).
• Manage onshore and offshore resources; act as SME for sales support and proposals.
