Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for Incentive Compensation with deep knowledge of capabilities.
• Explain capabilities and provide product demonstrations for diverse audiences.
• Estimate effort for new compensation plans including configuration, testing, deployment.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve plans and enable new capabilities.
• Drive implementation, enhancement and optimization of the Incentive Compensation module.
