Job summary

Gravity IT Resources seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional projects within an enterprise ERP modernization portfolio, focusing on Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials and related processes.

You will plan, govern, and drive delivery across multiple workstreams, collaborating with project managers, business owners, solution architects, and implementation partners to ensure timely success and executive alignment.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP projects; finance-related processes preferred.
• Strong project management expertise: planning, governance, risk management, stakeholder engagement, executive communication.
• Ability to understand business processes and facilitate discussions between technical and business teams.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies via implementation partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead project plans covering scope, schedule, resources, dependencies, milestones, and overall health.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and resolve risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Establish project governance routines, maintain decision logs, and communicate with executive sponsors and stakeholders.
• Prepare executive-level status reports highlighting progress, risks, decisions needed, and business impacts.
• Support testing, cutover, go-live readiness, and hypercare activities.
• Partner with finance, technology, and operations teams to translate business objectives into actionable plans.
• Coordinate with implementation partners and vendors to ensure deliverables and timelines adherence.
• Apply project management standards, including tools like ServiceNow SPM/PPM and Smartsheet.
• Lead Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP initiatives, focusing on financials and related business processes.
• Manage workstreams involving finance operations, data conversion, testing, reporting, training, and deployment readiness.
• Manage medium- to large-scale projects, ensuring alignment, resolving ambiguity, and focusing on business outcomes.
