Job summary
TBC Corporation is seeking a Senior Manager, ERP Technology Finance focused on Oracle Fusion to lead implementation, maintenance, and optimization of ERP systems supporting finance operations. You will bridge IT and Finance, directing a team of ERP professionals to meet business needs and drive value.
The role requires deep Oracle Fusion expertise, a track record of large ERP projects, and strong leadership in a complex environment.
Qualifications
- 8+ years in ERP/IT Finance roles, with 3+ years in Oracle Fusion.
- Proven experience in large-scale ERP implementations or transformations.
- Strong leadership and people-management experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead Oracle Fusion Finance module implementations (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM).
- Manage system configurations, upgrades, and integrations; collaborate with Oracle support and vendors.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
- Partner with Finance leadership to translate business needs into ERP solutions.
- Drive process improvements and automation using Oracle Fusion capabilities.
- Develop and maintain documentation for system processes and configurations.
