The Intersect Group is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead an Oracle Fusion Finance transformation for a large multi-entity energy finance environment. You will oversee strategy, design, implementation, testing, deployment, and stabilization, coordinating across Finance, IT, and business units to realize value.

Competenze

• 10+ years of experience leading enterprise ERP/Finance Transformation programs.
• Proven track record delivering Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementations across multiple finance workstreams.
• Strong executive-level stakeholder management with Finance, Accounting, Treasury, Procurement, and IT leadership.

Mansioni

• Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion Finance transformation programs from strategy through value realization.
• Direct workstreams covering GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Procurement, Project Accounting, Tax, and Financial Reporting.
• Oversee governance structures, RAID, executive reporting, and program budget management.
• Lead data migration, chart of accounts redesign, and enterprise reporting transformation.
• Manage integrations between Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and upstream/downstream systems.
• Direct change management, training, and transition to operations.
