Job summary

Mosaic Life Care seeks an ERP Applications Analyst II to serve as a junior subject matter expert for Oracle Fusion ERP planning, budgeting, forecasting and performance modules. The role includes configuration, support and training of business partners and other ERP staff.

The analyst mentors junior positions, partners with finance and IT, and drives process improvements across enterprise performance management. Remote work is available for eligible states in the US.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in ERP systems or functional business systems with increasing responsibility.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud application design, configuration, testing and support.
• Experience in hospital or health system finance operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle Fusion ERP enterprise performance management module and related design, configuration, testing and implementation efforts.
• Provide expert guidance on ERP configuration, reporting and integrations.
• Collaborate with the finance team and IT to align ERP systems with enterprise goals.
• Identify and implement opportunities for ERP and financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and performance improvements.
• Deliver work products that meet project requirements within guidelines for configuration/development.
• Analyze and document current and future needs and workflows through interviews and data gathering.
