Job summary

Mosaic Life Care, a health care system in northwest Missouri, seeks an ERP Applications Analyst II to serve as a junior subject matter expert for Oracle Fusion ERP modules and to lead cross-functional initiatives. The role focuses on planning, budgeting, forecasting, and business performance tools, with mentoring of junior staff and collaboration across partners.

Responsibilities include configuring and supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud, guiding finance and IT, and driving process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent background and experience.
• 3+ Years - Experience in ERP systems or functional business systems, with increasing responsibility.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud application design, configuration, testing, and support.

Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle Fusion ERP enterprise performance management module and related application design, configuration, testing and implementation efforts.
• Provide expert guidance on ERP configuration, reporting, and integrations.
• Lead collaboration with finance team and IT to align ERP systems with enterprise goals.
• Identify and implement opportunities for ERP and financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and business performance applications process and performance improvement.
• Demonstrates accountability in delivering the assigned task. Reports project issues and accomplishments to the application manager.
• Delivers a work product that meets project requirements defined by the scope and stays within departmental guidelines for application configuration/development.
• Analyzes and documents current and future needs and workflows through interviews and gathering data regarding regulatory requirements, operational procedures, and departmental policies.
