Mosaic Life Care is seeking an ERP Applications Analyst II to serve as a junior subject matter expert for Oracle Fusion ERP EPM modules and lead cross-functional initiatives. The role includes junior-level support and configuration for planning, budgeting, forecasting, and business performance tools, plus mentoring associates and coordinating with business partners.

You will assist and train partners and ERP analysts, troubleshoot across technology teams, and ensure reliable application

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field – Required
• Oracle Applications Certifications – Preferred
• 3+ years of ERP or related system experience – Required
• Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud design, configuration, testing and support – Required
• Experience in hospital or health system finance operations – Preferred

Aufgaben

• Lead Oracle Fusion ERP EPM module design, configuration, testing and implementation efforts.
• Provide expert guidance on ERP configuration, reporting, and integrations.
• Collaborate with finance and IT to align ERP systems with enterprise goals.
• Identify opportunities for ERP and financial planning, budgeting, forecasting improvement.
• Report project issues and accomplishments to the application manager.
• Deliver work products meeting project requirements within guidelines.
• Analyze current and future needs and workflows with stakeholders.
• Participate in planning, development, maintenance, support and evaluation of systems.
• Contribute in team meetings and maintain competency in assigned area.
• Maintain excellent communication with partners and ERP team to deliver solutions.
