Mosaic Life Care is seeking an ERP Applications Analyst II to act as a junior subject matter expert for Oracle Fusion ERP modules, focusing on planning, budgeting, forecasting, and business performance applications. You will train, mentor, and support business partners and other ERP analysts while ensuring high availability and quality delivery of application services.

Competenze
- Bachelor's degree in IT, business, or related field.
- 3+ years' experience in ERP systems or functional business systems.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud design, configuration, testing, and support.

- Lead Oracle Fusion ERP enterprise performance management module and related design, configuration, testing, and implementation efforts.
- Provide expert guidance on ERP configuration, reporting, and integrations.
- Lead collaboration with finance and IT to align ERP systems with enterprise goals.
- Identify opportunities for ERP and financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance improvements.
- Escalate and report project issues and accomplishments to the application manager.
