Job summary

Mosaic Life Care in Florida seeks an ERP Applications Analyst II to act as a junior subject matter expert for Oracle Fusion ERP planning, budgeting, forecasting, and business performance modules. You will assist, train, and support business partners and mentor junior analysts.

You will collaborate with Finance and IT to align ERP systems with enterprise goals, analyze workflows, and ensure reliable implementation, maintenance, and quality delivery of ERP solutions.

Qualifications

• 3+ Years - Experience in ERP systems or functional business systems, with increasing responsibility
• Must be able to train and mentor associates and junior positions
• Experience in configuring planning, budgeting, forecasting, and business performance modules

Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle Fusion ERP module design, configuration, testing and implementation
• Provide expert guidance on ERP configuration, reporting, and integrations
• Collaborate with finance and IT to align ERP systems with enterprise goals
• Identify opportunities for ERP and financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance improvements
• Communicate project status and issues to the application manager
• Document current and future needs and workflows through interviews and data gathering
• Support planning, development, implementation, maintenance, and evaluation of ERP systems
• Contribute in team and project meetings
• Develop and maintain competency in assigned application
